This is a quality 5-15p to L5-20r. Both molded plugs are heavy duty, it uses 12ga conductors, and mine is 13.5" plug to plug.All of the AC powered telecommunications equipment I work on uses locking plugs. However, during testing spare twist locks aren't always available. In the past I've made my own cords (I have some wild ones), but I'm slowly replacing them with proper adapters.This is certainly going to save me time when I'm in the middle of nowhere, I've left the adapter I need at home, and there isn't a hardware store within an hour. 5-Stars from me!

This plug looks as pictured and seems like nice quality not much more I can say about a plug it seems made of heavy duty material.
