These appeared to have some wear on them (some nicks and scrapes on the fan blades). Are they new or used? I'm not certain. They did work, however.

Cambié los ventiladores de mi Rx580 8G Asus, estos ventiladores calzaron perfecto, los compré desde Ecuador, llegaron muy bien y funcionan igualmente bien, los he testeado por al menos 3 horas seguidas todo bien.
