Paper quilling is my second favorite hobby! I love that you can make something really beautiful from paper. This quilling strip set from Patikil is a great starter set. It's got 26 colors and is sized at 5mm (just shy of a 1/4"). The paper is of Goldilock's quality - not too thick, so that it's hard to roll and not too thin, so that it tear if you pull too hard. At 1300 pcs there is more than enough here to complete just about any project and then some.

Quilling is one of the rare crafts I have never done, but this paper selection looked so pretty that I couldn’t resist. For £8.49 at time of review, you get an impressive 1300 strips of paper, each 3mm x 39mm long, in a wide variety of colours. I’m totally unable to judge whether they have the right properties for quilling, but I suspect I will end up snipping them into small squares to use for collage work, and they should save a lot of time with this task.
