This product came as described and is a nice addition to using your phone with a tripod or selfie stick since it enables you to see a large screen view of what your better "backside" phone camera is viewing. I know you could just reverse the camera and view your phones screen view but chances are that camera is a lesser quality than the camera on the back and my phone doesnt have a remote. It's a nice tool for someone who likes to take pictures and make videos outdoors or different locations because you can easily set yourself up with no more than a tripod and the remote control allows you to take pictures and start stop video away from the tripod which means less editing out start and stops if you upload your videos too.

Screen is clear & large. Low latency and lag. Easy to connect to the phone. Battery life seems good. Actually much more handy than I thought.

the product itself is fine. not the best quality screen but it works as expected.but, it's kinda designed for portability which makes me question due i really want to add another device to lug around? if you keep it at your work station, its fine, but then again there are better options if you have a dedicated workspace.so, overall, a novel device but you will probably forget about it quickly

I got this selfie monitor screen to help me tape the videos I shoot for social media such as TikTok and Instagram. Now, the reason vloggers like myself are influenced to buy it goes like this:"The camera on your smartphone that's used to shoot selfies with, is inferior to your rear cameras, so your videos don't look as good as they should. With this additional small screen you can use those better quality rear facing cameras while you keep on monitoring yourself."I want to be honest: I use an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and I've never had any complaints about the video quality of my selfie camera. In fact, every time a new model smart phone is released, the selfie camera quality improves. Besides, I'm not shooting the next blockbuster. Social media are usually watched on a small screen, and very few people are pixel peepers.Nevertheless, I got curious to try this iScreen monitor out, so I attached it to my iPhone via the MagSafe connection. Here's the rub: I usually put my phone on a small tripod which holds the phone via a MagSafe connector. But because the iScreen monitor is already attached to it, I can't use that connection anymore.No worries, I had another tripod, and it took no time to set up screen mirroring and pair the provided remote camera control. Here's the thing: with this remote you can start and stop a recording in the native Apple photo/video app. However, if you wish to record in the TikTok app, it won't work. For some strange reason, the included remote becomes a volume control.So, if you still want to use this small monitor for TikTok, you have to press the record button on your phone screen which is now facing away from you. It's a royal pain in the neck! Perhaps I'm missing something, but I don't see anyone pointing this out. The solution would be to buy a remote that specifically works for applications like TikTok. Don't use the one that's in the box.Bottom line: this product does what it promises to do, but with a few caveats. The next generation of smartphones will have even better selfie cameras, making this monitor superfluous.

It was fast and easy to install. However, the resolution is not good, and the size is perfect. You don’t have to have it directly connected to your phone, so that’s good. You can stick it somewhere else so that you can see from another part or another view.
