Product does not fit over the metal post for the Neo 120 Luxe Bidet. This is also way too costly for the 2 cents of molded plastic used to make it. Do not buy to use for this model bidet.

I ordered these knobs because they claimed to fit the Neo 120 Luxe Bidet. But they DO NOT fit. They are too small! I am disappointed because having a bidet is one of the finer things in life :-) but not if it doesn't work. And why the false advertising?

This product DEFINITELY does NOT fit the NEO 120 as a replacement knob. Not even close. Will not fit even if you try to push it on as one review suggests. DO NOT BUY if that is what you are after. Can't understand how the maker missed so badly on it.

This in no way fit the bidet it was described to fit. I had tried a different knob as well no go. I ended up just buying a new bidet instead

Even though this knob was advertised to fit the Neo 120 bidet, it does not. I tried forcing the all plastic knob on the metal turn piece, but then the all plastic arm would have broken. I am keeping it however as it is easer pressing down on the plastic piece to catch and turn the metal shut off valve then trying to turn the knob with my hand. I suppose you could try & boar it out a bit, but my luck i would just crack the plastic… It really is only a matter of time with these plastic knobs, same as on your dryer or air conditioner etc. I do have a wretched “all pins” metal socket that I will use when this plastic piece breaks. Gave a star only because I could not submit the review without 1, but it should have been 1/2.

The back of the knob is a perfectly round hole. It'll push down into place, but it doesn't work properly at all. I'll be returning it.
