Why would anyone advertise a rain jacket and not include a hood ?????? And just so happens that replacement hoods for this jacket are unavailable

This coat has snaps for a hat but did not include a hat. I just pulled it out to use for the first time today and I'm soaking wet because there is no hat. Buyer beware.

I have an old yellow raincoat with no hood. The grommets on this one don't match it, but wearing the hood with it works much better than a rain hat to protect my neck. The good quality of this hood makes me think the jacket made by Pioneer is a good, affordable choice.

The jacket seems like what I was looking for, but it has no hood! What kind of rain coat doesn't have a hood? Fortunately it has snaps and I was able to use a hood from another jacket.
