The table surfaced first started to warp after 3 months and continued to warp in various spots to this day. I provided a video to the seller showing the worst area of damage (an approximately 1-foot-long warp about 1/4 inch high). I was still asked to provide proof of how the ball would be affected by the damaged area. After finally convincing the seller that the balls are affected greatly by this significantly damage surface the only resolve offered was to send a new surface and to call Amazon if I wanted the surface replaced because the seller is only responsible for damaged parts for 1 year. This is an expensive product that should be of better quality.

Surprisingly flat play surface with some mid-table wobble but mostly imperceptible. The balls will roll parallel to the rails without drifting. We've been playing on this table under a shade sail for a couple months. I cover it when not in use only because the falling leaves and debris. The pool cue tips are a rare plastic thread that is not compatible with the common brass type. Broke both tips off the first week from mishandling. I was able to glue new ones on without issue. The black rubber ends to the pool cues will leave marks on the table so pick them up by the big end first and don't store them on the table to prevent damage. Very happy with the overall quality and contents.

Love the pool table! NEVER would have got it had my son-in-law not gone out of his way! We had to rent a U-Haul van and drive to the warehouse and was told good thing he came because they have a lot of stuff that never gets delivered. Not sure who is to blame but I am now out a lot of money and time and was told by amazon customer service I would get a reimbursement for at least some of it, but have not see or heard anything! I order a lot from Amazon and have always been satisfied so not sure what happened on this?!But again we LOVE the pool table!!

Bought this to put under our pool pavilion, not only does it look nice but it plays pretty well for an outdoor pool table. Since it is outdoor-rated, the balls run faster, and the walls seems to bounce more but my kids are having fun with it. Amazon delivered it in the box (weighs 400 lbs). I got them to put it on my patio facedown so I could unpackage it by myself, took me about an hour to unpackage it and attach legs/base. I had my painters at the house so the 4 of us were able to flip it and carry it over. You will need lots of people for this so you don't put pressure on the legs and damage it. The blue fabric is pretty. This was much cheaper (about half the price of other tables I looked at). I got the Amazon insurance on it for 3 years. I saw some reviews where people complained that they had some issues so I didn't want to take a chance. I don't normally buy insurance but this gives me peace of mind, that if it's gets damaged from being outdoors, I can get some kind of replacement or refund. I hope this review helps, I am very happy with my purchase!

Nice table -- delivered last week. Quality construction, but VERY HEAVY -- need several adults to turn the table over after assembly. Assembly was easy. Play surface is definitely different than traditional felt (similar to fabric covering outdoor furniture or patio umbrellas). Very fast, but spin shots don't grab real well. Color was slightly different on bumpers than play surface (blue on surface, a bit greener on bumpers, but no biggie). No guides on rails, which seems odd. Pockets could be deeper, as more than three balls or so in a pocket clogs the pocket from reliable subsequent drops (if powerful shot, ball can bounce off pocketed ball and off table). Biggest bummer is my play surface is not uniformly flat -- once leveled, mine has an edge near one corner that apparently slopes such that very slow balls shot parallel with the bumper turn toward the bumper (sometimes ultimately resting against it) rather than rolling true. Doesn't happen if shot down the center of the table, so this isn't a leveling issue, it's a surface uniformity problem. May ask for an exchange -- we'll see. But family is enjoying it so far. Not sure how it compares with the Imperial outdoor table (the other one I considered -- chose this one as I preferred the leg style).

I purchased this item for a Christmas gift for my children last year. It states it is an all weather table, we placed it outside on our patio. Within six months it was unusable because the playing surface became warped. This item is much too expensive to have a useful lifespan of this duration.

Love this pool table ! It was rather easy to put together, but we did have 4 people to flip it rightside up. We bought some wooden cue sticks, just preferred them to the aluminum ones that came with it. There are no markers on the rails, the only thing I didn't like.
