Yes. All posts with rot protection applied to them can be installed with concrete post mix, fence post foam and can also be power driven into the ground without issue.

What sort of hot air gun or blow torch do I need for rot protector application?
You need a high-powered (2+ kW) heat gun or a gas blow torch with a non pencil-tip flame. If applying rot protectors to a square post, you'll also need a foam roller to ensure adhesion to the flat sides of the post.

Why do +PLUS rot protectors not cover the bottom of the post?
Below the first 6 inches in the ground, there is not enough oxygen for the fungi required for decay to survive; this means there is no need to protect the post below this point.
