My family doesn’t use these for snakes or critters but we do use them to retrieve multiple dropped or hard to reach items. Wish they came with flat pads to better pick up all items. Regular grabbers just aren’t strong or durable enough but these are.

One was flawed, but it was manageable because it could be fixed. The trigger had wires popping out ready to cut you if you tried to use it. Sucked because it hurt, but we planned to put tape around it. 2nd one broke when my husband was trying to actually grab a snake. Worst moment for one to break. Since we only had them a week, we sent them back. Will buy a better brand next time. Tried to be cheap and get a twofer, sadly not worth it this time.

These are very strong and well made. The only thing I don’t like is they made the too small so it’s hard to squeeze
