Direct, no hassle fit on my 01 TJ. comes with the rivet installed for the auto adjuster mechanism, (no need to install the one provided in the hardware kit I purchased separately).Makes a PITA job a little less so.Had never installed drum brakes before but after watching a few videos it's a straightforward job.

Raybestos brake pads are NOT the problem Amazons Garage algorithm IS .Needed new pads for jeepTried to order as before AMZ algorithm said these will not fit your 2004 Wrangler (stock) so I followed the info ,ordered and when weather and time finally permitted, stripped down the drums . Started to reinstall and the shoes are twice the size.Unfortunately outside of return dateOff to the Local autoparts store ,where I should have stayed .Oh well 👎

No real complaints. This a a good replacement brake. It is coated in a heavy lair of paint on all of the steel parts to keep corrosion to a minimum. these seem to stop a bit better than the OEM shoes that they repalced. This is one of the better "Made in China" products on the market.
