I tested the adapter with a multimeter and it had good continuity. I can run my bigger tools, like a chop saw and air compressor, off of my generator with this adapter. It has a standard twist-and-lock mechanism. This is a good adapter for the generator that allows you to connect regular plugs. We use it for our deep freezer when the power goes out and it works as expected. It seems well made and is nice and small to store. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase it again:

Works fine but when plugged in to my receptacle the plug ends up being upside down. So my cable had to run over the top of the generator. Or have a hard bend. Due to this i had to consider my exhaust in relation to the power cable. Would have been nice to Just plug in and walk away.

This review is for NEMA L14-30P to TT-30R 30 Amp RV Generator Power Adapter, 4 Prong 30A L14-30P Locking Male 125/250 Generator Plug to TT-30R Female Outlet ETL Listed.I bought this to use on my generator (thanks, Helene) and it is absolutely perfect. Very tight fitting, great for situations where vibrations could cause issues. The tines are nice and rigid, no movement on them. The housing is really high-quality. This is a really good adapter. I'd highly recommend.
