I've gotten several cushions, but they've all been a bit too big for my chair.These are small enough for my chair and still big enough to be comfortable if I sit on one outside instead.When I first looked at them, I thought they should have some kind of case or sleeve to cover them, similar to a pillowcase, but they actually do look pretty nice without a cover, and the texture on the top not only looks good, I think it would trap a small spill.If you spill a bit of your drink onto a smooth waterproof cover, the cushion is protected, but some of the liquid will run off onto something else, something that might not be waterproof.So I'm actually happy with the bare cushions.I think each cushion is thick enough to be comfortable, but since it's a set of two, you could always stack them and have a seat that's twice as thick.

I was looking for something to cushion the bleachers for football. These foam cushions are perfect! They are lightweight, offer a good cushion, and are easy to throw in my football bag. They are also very easy to clean if they get dirty.

They are nice, but hard flat seating is not going to be altered into luxury seating with these pads. They make uncomfortable flat hard seating into a somewhat tolerable place to sit. Do not mistake that for meaning they don't work, they work well.

These are lightweight, comfortable, thick and easy to carry to event. Great if sitting on a very hard surface for hours. Good value for the money and came as a set of 4.

We thought the advertised 15.4 inch width would be wide enough for the seating part of our body. Not even close. Big overlap off the cushion. Very uncomfortable. Easy return by Amazon. Now looking for "slimming mirror" for wife to keep her happy. "Suspicious shoppers have long wondered if retailers employ skinny mirror tricks to increase their sales. After all, how many times have you put a newly purchased piece of clothing on at home and been less than impressed? Making such a mirror wouldn’t be too difficult. As physics professor Dr. Ken Mellendorf explained, all it takes is a slight curve in the glass."

These are wonderfully comfortable. I have a damaged hip and a bad back, so I brought one of these with me to a concert at Chicago's Solider Field, and it fit in the seat perfectly and provided plenty of comfort for my body throughout the show. The thickness was just what I needed, and they're very durable.

I picked these up for added comfort when kayaking. They are nice and firm with just the right amount of squish. So much nicer than sitting on hard plastic all day.

Nice dense foam padding makes even hot steel bleachers comfortable. Easy to carry and store in the trunk of my car. 4 packs makes sure we have extra on hand for when the grandparents come to watch school sports with us. At just over 1" thick, they provide enough padding without a lot of added bulk.
