This is a low-pile 5x7 rug. The pattern is vibrant and playful. The colors are true to what was advertised. In the pictures, I have the rug folded in half, but it is a full-sized rug and not a runner. I am a teacher and ordered this to brighten up a common space at our school.The rug is low-pile and easy to vacuum. It's on the lighter side, so I'll see how it holds up over time. It did come folded instead of rolled, which makes me think that you could wash it in a washing machine, as the backing isn't stiff. There was no noticeable or strong odor after unpacking this. The texture is soft, making it a great rug for children and bare feet.

I was afraid this would be too bright, for lack of a better description. I was afraid the colors would be too strong and just look like it belonged only in a child's room. Instead, this is a lovely muted color, and is fine in front of my bookcases. So soft, and no shedding that I've seen. So pretty!

The word 'soft' is used so much by rug makers that it has come to mean nothing. Is a rug just smooth, or does it have a deep pile, or does it feel furry? One word doesn't tell you which. But this is one of a very few rugs which is outstandingly soft. This is in the top 1% of softness. Another maker described the feel of their similar rug as 'faux rabbit fur'. This rug feels just like that one, and I think it is a fair description. This is a rug which invites you to take your shoes and socks off and rub your feet on it, just for the sheer pleasure of doing so.We got the pink for our granddaughter, and she is thrilled. I can see her being pleased with her butterflies for years. The combination of color, butterflies and softness makes this an ideal present for a girly girl.

extremely soft rug, colors are very vibrant, i am using in my kitchen in front of my sink and stove my lil likes to play while i do dishes clean cook ect so its a nice soft area for her to play already dropped eggs on it and was easy to clean rug has thin rubber backing

This is a huge rug. It is soft with muted colors. The picture shows bright colors...but they aren't quite that level of brightness. The muted colors are nice, and the rug itself is a like a soft blush rose color. The non-skid backing is perfect. Just like the description says, pets and kids don't go sliding around when running on this rug. I used a handheld vacuum cleaner attachment tool to vacuum it, because I've not had great luck with thinner rugs and the full force vacuum head. Spots and discoloration wipe up SUPER easy. We have a mastiff that drools like crazy, and even his yucky drool wipes up nicely. Easy to clean and nice to look at!

Absolutely love this rug. My daughter spilled blueberries all over it and with a dry paper towel all the liquid came up and didn’t even leave a stain. I definitely recommend this if you have a child.

The rug is very cute, it’s slippery lol I wasn’t happy though because it has a dark stain on it and I tried to get it out so unfortunately I will be returning for a new one.

Soft, pretty pale pink. Butterflies are done well. Works great in my office. I wish it was thicker though. Vacuums fine on a low setting.
