I ordered this for my nephew because he loves all things outdoors. It was a wonderful gift. It has everything from shovel right down to a fire starter and screwdrivers (yes, flat head and Phillips). After checking it all out he was excited to add it to his camping gear. Honestly when I saw all of the things that it could do, I started thinking that this would also be nice to have around the house or in my car for emergencies. It’s well made, compact and includes several tools that that would be very handy to have. Ok, so I might never need a whistle or spear, but you never know. The shovel with serrated edge on one side and blade on the other, axe, glass breaker, knife, screw drivers, compos and Firestarter are all things that I could see myself needing. The storage bag can keep it all together. It can also serve as a puzzle as entertainment. That’s how it feels trying to get everything in the bag. LOL Overall, this is a nice set. It wasn’t overly complicated to figure out (other than getting it into the bag) and it has several useful features. Nice to have and makes a great gift as well.

Love it!Feels solid and works great. I dug a hole with ease in Georgia red clay (we have a lot of iron and clay in the soil). The head didn't flex or wobble and the handle felt like one solid piece. Excellent.The design is quite innovative and the handle feels right in the hand. From full-length shovel to short-handle hatchet to single-handle tool, it's solid. We'll see how each piece holds up with survival use (I expect to break a blade).Lots of options built into a compact, albeit heavy, tool. I might keep it in my truck.Only two cons:The shovel head is a bit small, but it still works great.I'll eventually figure it out, but putting all the pieces back in the case is a bit of a puzzle. You'll see.

This multipurpose tool was very functional on my camping trip. From tending a fire pit to setting up my tent. It was very useful because it was an all in one tool kit instead of lugging around a tool box. I would recommend this for anyone that enjoys spending time outside. I give it 10!!!!
