Works like it should - good sound quality for calls and comfortable to wear. I have 90% hearing loss in one ear, so it's actually better to use mono headphones!

I use one for occasional calls and podcasts in an older car and another at my desk for music or videos and am quite happy with them. Fantastic battery life and both have been working just fine for a year and pair easily with everything I've tried.

Paired instantly and reliably, battery life seems quite long, USB-C charging is very convenient. Call quality is a little 'hollow' but clear and loud, no problems hearing or being heard.As other reviewers have mentioned, the earpiece is quite small, which can be uncomfortable if worn on the ear lobe, as all of the pressure of the band is pressed into a small area.

Ordered this headset to replace one that the battery life was very short. It came in and A few weeks later when I got around to trying it, it paired and worked well with the phone. A week later when I went to charge it, it would not charge, I thought maybe the cable was bad, so I tried other cables that I know work, and still, it would not charge. It will work while plugged in, so I know it's a battery problem. I contacted the company and they replaced it with another headset. New headset works great in the house, but the slightest amount of wind messes up my outgoing audio, and when in the car and start moving, everyone says they hear a lot of static, I switch to the phone and they say I am clear. At a redlight, audio is great, only when driving does it have static, yet the phone or other headsets do not do that? So, I went with the upgraded unit that has the bigger, dual ear muffs. While it is a lot bigger, the audio in and out is excellent.

I absolutely love this headset! It works flawlessly and has been a game-changer for my work-from-home setup. The sound quality is excellent, and it's comfortable to wear for long hours. Purchased for my husband to use in the transport, and they are actually super awesome. He said they are comfortable and they are super clear, and doesn't pick up back ground noise. Easy to use, and easy to Bluetooth. Great item for a discount price.

4/21/24 update:Stopped working entirely. Cannot return item. Zero stars, avoid product.4/18/24 update:The range from my desk is 5 feet before it disconnects. Volume is on max and I can barely hear. People constantly telling me I sound garbled and distant.I would return, but not sure I can after having thrown away the packaging.Do not recommend at all.Original review:It struggles to connect with my Bluetooth dongle on my work computer at the start of my shift. The headset is very quiet, I have the volume on max and I still struggle to hear clearly.It works, but I would not buy another one.

Reasonable purchase. Broke again. 💔😠. Many devices that have this form factor have tendency to break where the metal headband meets the plastic for the ear speaks. This could be improved, for probably less than half an American cent. Or I could treat the product like a delicate butterfly. I do not see a link for the manual on the Amazon web page. That link should be available before purchase on the page. When link is provided, I will upgrade rating. Did I miss the link? There are some customer videos that explain the typical pairing process. The headset has minimal voice status messages off/on/pairing. Press the center button to power down/power up. Hold center button 4 seconds to go into pairing mode. You may need 👓. Box has minimal instructions in fine print. Little paper manual has fine print. Perhaps typical. While many people probably have the Amazon app on their phone, few people want to curate the instructions printed on paper.
