These are NOT track bolts, they are regular screws with a slot. They stick up a full 1/8 inch, and have a tiny diameter domed head. Real track bolts have a flat low profile large diameter head, and stick up less than .090.

The head of these bolts is too high for one thing, and the knurled part under the head is shaped like a star, and will not fit into the square hole of garage door tracks. These are just ordinary carriage bolts being sold as track bolts. Real track bolts have a flat head.
