Easy installation. Fair price. Works fine. Good quality. Quick shipment. I recommend it 100 %.If you have the right tools you will be fine. Only you will need a PVC pipe for wires going outside.

Contains 10 individual switches, only 9 work. Have called Westinghouse Support repeatedly over the last 2 days, no help. Finally, Westinghouse Support said that I had to have installation reviewed by a licensed electrician, at my cost. I decided to order the $4.00 part and potentially void their so-called warranty.

This is a nice product, as with all Westinghouse products, it was easy to install and work with. I have a Westinghouse generator so I selected this product to go with it. I was disappointed though when I noticed that I only got 1 piece or 1-1/4 connector. I had to run to Kendall Electric and dished out another $10. Another problem with it was that none of the wires were labeled as per the manual and spent 30 minutes with the meter figuring out wire pairs and what wire pair goes to what breaker and label the wires with electrical tape. The only thing I have left to do is connect the wires to the panel and test it out.

It would make a clean look look on the wall next to the breaker panel. It seems to be well build but requires wires to be ran to specific circuits. The installation may be a little more than what most people want to do. After installation, the value would be there and it would work well.

Customer service from manufacturer absolutely sucks!!!! Those 3 couplings were missing! I tried talking to someone and they suggested me to go and buy them from their website!!! Really??? Something I just paid for already and go buy them? I mean WTF??? LMAO... My Generator from them worked just fine, thank God too. I would have to buy another Generator from them too.... *ROLLING EYES!!!*

This transfer switch works as intended. However, there’s a couple of issues that I’ve run into. First and foremost it only has 2 20 amp circuit breakers and the instructions make you believe that they can only be used for 240. Not sure if there’s a way to upgrade the 15 amp breakers to 20 amp breaker. The labeling on the wiring is awful. It took me about a half hour or 45 minutes to figure out the letters sensor printed on the cable and hardly visible. It looks like to use a dot matrix printer with gray ink instead of just using plane black ink and solid letters. So overall it does work if you were in looking to do 15 amp circuits and the LED display it’s nice. However, I would prefer and will probably purchase a reliance ProTrans 10 circuit that I can change the breakers.
