Preprinted forms in the guide indicate which file was taken, who is using it, and date taken. Each side of the guide has 150 entry spaces. A red out tab at the top of the folder and in the center 1/5 cut position facilitates quick identification. 1/2" high type tabs are printed on the reverse side. The guides are manufactured from 18 point stock.
