This motor was exactly what I needed. I watched a video on U tube. Felt very rewarding to get my windshield wipers working again. I could have replaced the whole assembly if I wanted. It was on Amazon. 👍🏼👍🏼

The internal gears were damaged. When activated, the motor would click and pop. I'm glad I tested it before installing it.

We use these wiper motors to build homemade Halloween props. They are strong and have a slow and fast speed, depending on how fast you want them to spin. They work great!

The motor installed easily and works great on my 98 TJ.However, two important things to know. Use the original 3 mounting bolts to install, the new bolts are too tall (especially with the included lock washers) and the rotating bar hit them. Also, know that you can accidentally instal the rotating bar backwards causing the wipers to rotate down instead of up. Pay attention to how the bar is oriented when removing.
