It suppose to be "Multi Adjustable: expander but in reality it does not provided any chance to adjust . It is too large for may pony...so without it I cannot close the rug (also by Rhinegold) cos there is not enough of the shoulder cover to close the front of the rug (the rug itself is of correct size) while with this expander (which is very large) - the rug is sliding of the pony towards the back so much so that 1/3 of the rug is hanging off the pony's back ...So, all in all, very poor design. I do not recommend to buy it.

Arrived quickly, fits well, value for money. Has saved me having to get rid of a very nice rug, that was just a bit too snug on shoulders after 12 months of growing
