I bought this to use in a 2003 Ford E350 Cutaway Van. I have multiple sequential LED integrated taillights aka flowing turn signals. The original flasher was hyper flashing and I replaced that with a electronic version of it (EP34), this helped a lot but it was still a little fast for my liking. I came across these adjustable units CF13 which interchanges with the EP34 flasher. There's a lot people commenting about the terminals being backwards for their application. I just wanted to point out that they are ordering the wrong flasher, there's a reversed (+/-) output flasher for these applications. It is a EP35 aka CF14 that would be the one that you need. Also I think that another thing that confuses people is that alot of these flashers (both the EP34 and the EP35) are both marked as JL-02 so I wouldn't use that part number to determine if it's the right one for you.Anyways back to my review - this flasher let me slow the flash rate down to an acceptable level for my liking and it still has more adjustment left - it could be slowed down even more. So I'm perfectly happy with my purchase, I'll see how it goes durability wise.

It does exactly what its supposed to do. It adjusts the speed of my led turn signals on my motorcycle. I would totally buy it again.
