I thought that the boxes were too thin and they arrived all beat up. The styrofoam portion is fine. Unfortunately they were purchased to send gifts to very important people. So I’m not happy about that. For $17.99 per box it should have been a better grade of cardboard and/or it should have arrived in pristine condition.

the bottle diameter was not 4", it was 3.5" and therefore didn't fit the bottle I bought it for.

I did not ship a bottle of wine, since that's against federal regulations. But the bottle of Columbia valley 'olive oil' I shipped arrived clear across the country just fine and dandy. It was enjoyed by my olive oil connoisseur friends, and I was lauded for sending such a gift.

Perfect. I shipped champagne to my nephew and his wife as they both turned 50. Also in the box I included 2 wine glasses I painted with French paint and baked in the oven. That makes them dishwasher safe. They were very surprised by everything, and all arrived unbroken! Great size and stability. Bottle fit perfectly!
