These have a nice feel and weight to them. They are doing a little bit of false Indirect advertising... The gold plated tops is reserved for equipment that has tungsten inserts. These are "gold" plated but are NOT tungsten inserts. The teeth are simply cut into the tips of the tissue forceps.But for the price.. could one really expect tungsten inserts? hmmmin any case. if you want tungsten inserts do NOt buy these. If you want relatively well made and feel of an instrument (with the fake gold top) then go ahead and get them. They work and I got them in less than 24 hours.
