Always made pens of wood and stabilized burl. Resisted acrylics, but had to modernize. Used carbide tools and negative rake scraper. I believe the Pen Kit Mall provided quality, tubed resin blanks.

I love that this is just ready to turn! As stated in a previous review, don’t use a reamer to trim down. Use a sander. I did that and this was fantastic. I wish it would come already sanded down to the tube because if you aren’t square, you’ll throw off the final product but all in all, I’ll buy another!

This pen blanks with the fly is a piece of crap while turning it , it keep chipping on the end andthe flag looks dirty and nasty. Don't waste your money on this blank

I made the pen in no time at all. This blanks comes over sized so a good pen mill is a must. This turned very easy and sanded even better. I polished it up in no time. I am going to buy more for the friends that have requested some pens.

Great flag cast label! Most cast labels cost between $8 to $20 dollars. So For a Prime no shipping cost product a fair deal, especially for a great flag blank. Read description - ONE blank. It is listed clearly!
