The ring began cracking after a couple of months. The part that folds also began cracking around 3 months. Starting within the first week, the plug would pop free randomly and I picked up the habit of checking to see if it was still in everytime I stopped for fuel. At 6 months now, it hasn't officially broken, yet.

It fits perfect. But the square 2x2 to hold it in place rotted in less than 3 months.

I say not impressed because the retaining ring hold the plug to the hitch securely, but the plug itself won't stay in the receiver. Don't know what the problem is - either the plug is too small or the receiver is larger than 2x2 inches, but my 2" hitch bars fit fine - ? Too bad - the price is great!

Bought this for my new work truck (Ford Maverick) to keep the gunk out of the receiver. Material is thick and durable. The part that wraps around the hitch to keep it attached was a little wide and a kind of in the way of where you’d attach the safety chains but that’s the design of the hitch, not the cover.Definitely recommend for the money

Good quality at a good price. I like the rubber strap that keeps it from going astray when it’s unplugged from the hitch receiver.
