The price was great. However the listing did not mention the defects. The Chrome has been perforated and rust has occurred. It appears to be a manufacturing production issue because four of these police have the similar issues. The boxes that they were shipped in did not show any water damage, but the pulleys themselves has rust coming through the chrome. Overall these could not be used for a show car that is being built. If you're not going to look under the hood very often they're fine for a quick glance of Chrome. I really wish the listing would say that they were defective. The customer service was fine because they sent out to as a replacement and I compared all four and decided to keep the best two out of the four. The seller should know that this is the part that faces out that people can see.
