I tried countless times setting this up to the perfect tumble for shrimp eggs and each time was an epic fail. My ends did not plug in straight so I had to kind of rig it in order to keep the eggs from falling out. I was honestly a little disappointed. Product overall was just not user friendly.

Overall Rating:⭐I bought these in hope to save my shrimp's eggs from a dead female shrimp. It definitely did not help keep them alive, all the eggs turned white in a day.- Packing and InstallationEverything came in bubble wrapped, which is very good since they're all glass. However, upon opening my first order, the nose of the item was broken. Had to get a replacement with amazon.The suction cups that came with the incubator need to be attached and I want to warn that you must be very very careful when installing them. Place them on a flat surface to press the glass into the plastic housing.- Uses and CirculationThe control valve for the air supply barely has any control. Either it was circulating super hard where it was tossing the eggs to embedded to the wire mesh or it was barely moving at all. Either way was causing dead space within the tube.I have tried over 2 hours to observe and adjust settings and spacing to help with circulation, none helped. Even tried to switched out different air pumps and valves, again nothing worked. The eggs started to turn pale white and all the eggs died the next day.In Conclusion:This was a failed product due to lack of real instructions and solutions for the issues that the incubator caused. There was no direct way to contact seller, using the automation from amazon does not connect you to seller just customer service. Maybe this was from lack of experience but this product is pretty straightforward in installation and use. Which put me in a place a puzzlement to the issues that occured.I can only judge and rate per my experience to the product received. Therefore, I can only give one star.

While this is a great little egg tumbler it has broke before I could even use it .. with little to no pressure at all on the air spout 😢
