When I first plugged my heated coat into this battery using the supplied step up cable, my jacket barely got warm but the battery got hot. I was ready to leave a one start review but I decided to try it with a few different heated things in my closet. It worked better on some than others. Then I tried it in the original jacket again and it worked fine. I don't know why it sometimes works and sometimes feels dangerous, like the battery is going to overheat. When using the battery itself for various things, it works great. The issues only arise when using the cable, and only sometimes. I'm thinking of getting a replacement step up cable to see if it works more consists and maybe feels a little less unsafe.

I have many articles of heated gear clothing and use them often ,I jog and ride a motorcycle in the northeast year round and this battery has been a fantastic addition to help assist me stay warmer much longer ,it comes with an additional wire to transfer from USB C to 3.5mm RCA jack for the clothing that may require that type of connection ,this battery literally last three times longer than any other battery any of the heated gear came with

I got this as an additional set for my heated winter ski coat and my vest - the great part is that I can use it with both my vest and my jacket as it comes with a converter for the out port allowing me to use it with multiple types of heated jackets and vests - shows charge level which is great - it is rather slim and does not bulge in my jacket.
