10k, B=3950 Tank/Pipe Sensor The 10k sensor is intended for solar water heater tank or pipe applications, where temperatures should not exceed 100°C. It may be installed into Duda Solar tanks by sliding into the sensor ports or may be used in conjunction with a an alternative thermowell plumbed into a water port on the tank or directly in a pipeline.

I ordered the wrong ones. I needed a Pt1000 RTD, not a 10k B=3950 RTD.Did not work at all, my fault.

I tested this thermocouple before installing it in my rooftop solar thermal system, and the resistance values are just what they should be. I was also able to extend the fairly short cable with about 25 feet of shielded 24AWG wire and didn't notice any degradation of signal. Good product!
