The product I got before may be an isolated phenomenon, and the water got in after one use. After the merchant found out about this situation, they gave me a new one. Although I haven’t had the chance to go fishing yet, I tried it in the pool at home. It was fine, and no water entered it. A very good product, great service attitude.

These lights worked as advertised. We went out and with in 1 hour had tons of minnows/bait fish at our boat. I forgot to take pictures...sorry guys. I took the advise of a previous buyer and sealed my lights with clear silicone to avoid the water issues that some were experiencing. I’ve only used them once so no information on repeat use as of yet.

Shipping took forever and it wasn't even in a box. Was in bubble wrap envelope with no paperwork. It works amazing, SO bright as promised. However, I can't use it where I live so it's illegal. Other that, it works amazing.

Light works as advertised, although I don't care for the moisture that builds up inside after use. Also the light is almost neutral buoyant, I had to add a few weights to the light to get it to sink quickly and not sway back and forth. Light is sealed but should have been sealed in nitrogen environment to prevent fogging and moisture buildup. Relying on power cable to support the light is risky, I added a support wire to the cable, just in case someone trips over the cord. They work well enough, I'm using my 4th one now. Each one I have to seal the caps and nut to keep them from leaking.

Wow,,,couldn't believe how bright it is. I'm ordering another for the front of the boat. Caught and released an 8 lb 2 Oz bass just before sunrise. She hit a 3" minnow on 6 lb test crappie rig. Still can't believe I got her in. Saw her shadow in the light before I hooked her, so I put out the biggest minnow I had,,,wham,,,all hell broke loose. Probably a fluke, but I'm going to be putting out a large shiner on heavier rig while crappie fishing. Great light,,,very sturdy!

This 12V LED GREEN Underwater Submersible Night Light is absolutely fantastic. I took it out a couple of nights ago to squidding in the Piscataqua River, which essentially separates Maine and New Hampshire, and empties out into the Atlantic. During the squid run post high tide, I brought along a small 12 volt boat battery that I had and affixed the alligator clips to the 12 v battery. This lamp is absolutely superb. I caught over 50 squid, granted it was over the course of a few hours, but nevertheless, when I started fishing, I wasn't using the light, but soon after I dropped the light to see how it would perform. I immediately caught a squid, and then another, and then I noticed a small school of bait fish swirling around the light, and they did not stop, which stimulated a squid feed soon thereafter. I noticed that the lamp was a little warm after taking out of the water, but with as many bright green LEDs that are packed into the light, it is certainly to be expected. This light worked at its fullest capacity and was clearly visible at the full extent of its 10+ foot cord. I'm extremely glad I purchased this product, it did promote a biofeed, and if I go out again soon, I will try and get some photos of the squid and the bait fish that swirled around this light. Thank you guys, this is a great product, and I'm sure it will provide many fisherman with an excellent night of fishing like I had. Tight lines all, and if you want an excellent night of fishing/squidding with some really nice deep visibility, try this light out paired with a few yellow squid jigs.

i was very skeptical at first but for the price I decided to give it a try. I was in port aransas Texas for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th of July. Performed great in saltwater. Had no issues what so ever. Almost immediately small minnows began to swirl in a circle pattern in the light a few minutes later pinfish began to feed on the minnows. It was really cool to see it. We've always fished off of pier lights and this light allows to to see what's actually is happening in the water. The water depth was 6-7 feet off of a 4 feet rock wall. The cord was more then enough for my purpose. I brought a truck battery that wasn't fully charged and lasted for two nights straight. One issue I did see was that when it sinks it lays flat, so only 180 degrees of light is actually showing. I noticed that when I picked it up it got two times brighter due to the full 360 degree light spread. I didn't want to hang it by the cord. I will find a way to attach a hard line so it doesn't pull on the cord.Other than that it was definitely worth it. I'm a first time user of a fishing light. And planing to buy a few more. I'll be trying it off the bank of a freshwater lake and I'll update if possible.

Great light, great value, and even better customer service! Attracts lots of fish and barely draws any power! Got some big snappers on its first night out and saw a ton of action including a huge snook and baby bull shark coming up on the light! Would recommend to all! TIP: Works great out of the box, but would add some silicon to the edges when you receive it, just to be safe. GREAT PRODUCT!
