Installed easy. Good range. Only issue is the large remote buttons. Sometimes they stick and the winch keeps running which can be bad and cause damageThe on/off switch is flimsy and can easily turn on unintentionally leaving the winch live and you won’t know it if you don’t check. I’m thinking about losing that remote so I don’t have to think about the problems it could causeThe small remote works great.

Both remotes and receiver work great signal is plenty for winching, realistically you're not gonna stand 100+ feet away from your winch job, but I did test its range and when you are at fringe distance it can start lagging (if you let off the up or down command it can take a second or two to stop, but that doesn't happen at normal working distances so it's fine.) Very satisfied, and I really like using the minuscule key fob remote. Oh and it came with all batteries.

It works great. The only issue I see it the on/off switch on the remote doesn’t seem to “latch” into position and can easily slide to the off position while using it. I’m not saying it slides freely, it does require you to slide it but it can easily happen while you are just holding the remote. Other than that, it’s a great product.

purchased this after a different brand broke before i could use. i installed on my boat trim motors so i could lift and lower my engine when outside the boat. So far it has worked great with no problems.

Item was DOA. Tested with a continuity tester to prove it. Instructions are lousy as is the diagram. Broken english instructions to boot making it difficult to understand. Find something else.
