At 100 feet long and both flexible AND sturdy, this stainless steel cable is rated with a safety load of 1280 lbs for human use making it suitable for ziplining. It is very versatile, as it has a working load limit of 2100 lbs for cargo and a maximum breaking strength of 6400 lbs, making it a great choice for securing/tethering/binding/hanging/lifting items as well.It's constructed from 304 grade stainless steel, making it rust/corrosion resistant.Side note: it is recommended to oil this cable regularly if under constant tension.I plan on using this to create a zip line from the deck of my house down into the yard for fast and easy descent lolNo issues with this cable so far, I recommend!

At the top of her "wish list", our preteen wanted us to put up a zip line for her on our newly purchased wooded vacation property. I had some serious concerns about how safe a zip line would be, but there was no talking her out of it, so when I saw this it looked like it could be just the thing to give her what she wants, and be certain of it's safety. I carefully read the entire description, and with a human weight rating of over 1200#, it's more than adequate (she weighs in at 95 pounds). We've ordered the rest of the parts needed to put the line together, and she is so excited!
