I recieved this transfer case tonight 7/24/23. I installed it in my wifes 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The original transfer case had a worn out chain after 187,000 miles. It was climbing the sprockets under hard acceleration and making a terrible racket. This new transfer case did the trick. Everything lined up perfectly. There was only one small hiccup and that was that 2 of the holes needed to mount the exhaust hanger were not tapped. No biggie. 2 minutes and i tapped them to the correct thread. So far so good.

Appeared to be original quality or better. Unit was identical to the original and works perfectly. Since Amazon did not deliver the package it actually arrived on time! Very happy.
