This RV power adapter that I received matches its description. I check how this was wired and it is appropriately wired for RV usage (hot wire to both 50 amp plug phases, neutral to neutral and ground to ground). Both plugs have ETL markings although the wire isn't marked with its gauge and doesn't have any visible certification marks. The adapter appears to be well made. I use this type of adapter with my 50amp RV simply to keep the batteries charged and perhaps to operate the refrigerator and therefore a 15amp circuit is suitable for this purpose.
