Unfortunately, with this replacement igniter the spring and retaining clip from my SGCV36G Thermador Cooktop spark igniter would not fit. With the spring fully compressed, the spring retaining clip couldn’t fit in the clip retaining groove in the ceramic body of this replacement spark igniter. Therefore, the igniter could not be held tightly in place. Returning these spark igniters. It would be nice if they sold the igniter with the correct spring and clip to fit, however I could not find that anywhere.

I use this gas stove top gas igniter to replace one of my Dacor stove top igniters. Wasn’t sure if it a different brand would work but it did, and worked perfectly. Very happy with product.
