Apparently 7" 3000 grit diamond pad did not help to polish the marble title floor more effectively than 4" 3000 grit pad.

I don't know if this is common or if it'll be the problem I'm worried it may be. This seam across the back seems like it'll create a weak spot to come apart as it gets removed from backer pad. I'll find out though. Wish me luck...
