The Pirelli Rubber Webbing is a high quality, durable material that's used for chair and sofa upholstery. It provides good support and give when stretched across the furniture frame. It was first manufactured in the 1950's, often found in mid century modern furniture. It can be used to replace original webbing or as an alternative to springs. Approximately 2" wide. Thickness: 0.0748". Tensile Strength: 264.555 lbs (Minimum). Features: High strength, resilient, elastic, provides solid support with comfort & bounce. Common Uses: upholstery webbing, alternative to springs. Please Note: If replacing webbing, remember that the older rubber may have shrunk. Multiple yards will be one continuous piece.

I ordered the 33 yard length and found a taped splice shortly into my project which caused me to encounter 4'-5' of waste due to my project design. This is quality material and you get what you pay for but I would expect all of the material to be usable as intended. I have yet to complete the remainder of the repairs so I am hopeful this is the only issue I encounter.
