Does not pull the arms apart until it slips off while you’re torquing it so you have a firm grip. The hardness of the metal is lacking and the sharpened tip of the bolt started to immediately flatten and mushroom instead of digging into the shaft. I’d prefer if it had a flat small cylinder that screws into the inside of the tip of the bolt instead, so you could pick one that’s slightly smaller than the shaft you’re pulling off of.The conical tip doesn’t make it very far before it bottoms out and you can’t pull the piece off any further. The finish on this tool rubs off and makes your hands all black and greasy.

Product was made of heavy gauge steel and quite solid.However, the product was impossible to use effectively. The center piece that holds the bolt was impossible to keep centered on the rotor shaft. The design of the product allows the bolt to shift in any direction. Therefore, the bolt kept sliding off, and there was no way to pull the bearing out.I tried everything I could think of to keep the bolt centered.If you order this product anyway, you’ll see exactly what I mean!I should point out that the my rotor tip did NOT have an indent; that's not uncommon. In that case this puller will NOT function at all. Don't buy it!If there is an indent, then it should be fine for the job
