Tested this on some cut sample of quartz to send to a designer for review. These work better wet as do most polishing systems on quartz and stone. They are offered at a good price and easily fit on my angle grinder. I recommend them for quick field polishing of quartz edges.

Photos are very misleading. These pads maybe work, but they are extremely tiny. I thought this is something that can be used to polish concrete floor - but it would take years. I get that the description does say “two inches”, but I thought it was about something else, not the entire diameter of the pad.

Comes with a hook and loop pad. Nice selection of polishing pads with cutting material embedded in a plastic medium. I'm going to try these on my angle grinder while the angle grinder is plugged into a rheostat so I can slow down or decrease the RPM's while polishing some cultured marble and real marble. These are stiffer than a sheet of sandpaper so they might not lie perfectly flat unless you apply some downward pressure.
