Product Description :
This door spring is manufactured for a dishwasher door. The door spring applies tension to the dishwasher door so that the door does not drop too quickly when it is opening. If the door drops too quickly, it could cause damage to the dishwasher door or dishwasher door hinges.
Check the spring on the opposite side of the dishwasher door, they often wear at the same rate so you may want to replace both springs for exact tension on either side.

Just measure your broken spring, and if the dimension of this one matches (or is close), it will do the job. The whole replacement took about 5 minutes. Worked like a charm!

these hinges springs were to weak for our dishwasher, we did send them back for this reason

The dishwasher door springs were so weak that I put the original ones back on which after 10 years was stronger than the replacement parts. I care for return the product.
