After the first use, the zipper on one of the bags broke. I am unable to use this product again. Can I get a refund?

These laundry shoe cleaning bags do a phenomenal job at cleaning your shoes! They are big enough to fit most sizes and the soft chenille fabric is perfect for cleaning. These really do well at cleaning all of the nooks and crannies. The zipper is great quality and slides easy. Overall these are far more durable than a mesh laundry bag.Not only are these super functional, they save wear and tear on your washing machine and they’re also cheaper than buying new sneakers because your washing machine ate them.

I needed something where I could wash my dogs leashes, leaders and collars and not destroy my new front load washer. (My old washer was a top load so these didn't bang around.) washing them by hand just didn't get them super clean. I put a leash, leader and collar each in a bag and washed both with towels. They didn't bang around and hit the glass loudly at all. I then threw them in the dryer, not expecting them to be dry inside, however, they were! They looked great! They banged around a bit in the dryer, but not much. I am really happy with this purchase and that it came in a two pack!

Very convenient, my son runs and his shoes are constantly getting cleaned by hand. These worked well so far for the pair we washed. Good quality and thick! Did the job!
