This twisting disc easily rotates from side to side. It takes a little effort to stay steady on it and the elastic straps add a bit of extra effort. There is definitely going to be a max weight limit this can tolerate without cracking. The heaviest person we have in our house weighs 170 pounds and it may be okay for up to 200 but probably not higher. I like it a lot for a twisting - side to side - waist workout.

This is incredibly fun to use!It reminds me of the sit & spin toys from when I was a kid, but made for adults and (obviously) meant to be used while standing.It moves easily, but I don't feel like I'm going to fall off. I'm on the heavier side, and it feels sturdy enough to hold my weight.The cords are a little short in my opinion, and I don't really see the need to include a measuring tape, but otherwise it's a fun way to exercise.
