Came with two clips in good condition, did need to play with / use spring a little to get consistent smooth action. So many uses for these things around a barn.They were a little smaller than the ones i already use on my horse’s water buckets. My horse is rough on his water buckets, so although they could hold and did hold the weight fine, i left the heavier/bigger clips on. Did not fit through water spigot, carabiner probably better there. Great for replacing broken clips, like the one on my horses hay bag. Also great for horse cross ties, easier to use than a quick release for some, or like at my barn the quick releases are sometimes worn/ don’t work, so this clip makes it easy to clip to horse halter. Fit on eye hooks too, like on the stall latch so horses can’t open the latches over night and get loose. So many uses!

I really like these things for hooking keys onto belt loops. Having two clips makes using either end easy. These feel solid and sturdy, but the mechanisms aren't the smoothest. Not bad, but not great either.
