I was pleasantly surprised how much I like these value-wise. I’m sure there are fancier ones out there, and when I ordered them, I didn’t even realize the balls were rubber. The rubber works nicely, giving a warmer tone and a bit more bounce back from your wallop. Oddly enough, I ordered these to use with my bongos as I wanted a replacement for the wooden ones that came with my glockenspiel. But now I think I want a second pair for my glockenspiel, too.
