Firstly, there are no poles on Amazon, or anywhere else, that have an 0.87 course male thread. Those familiar with threads will know that threads with the two major diameters, 0.87 and 0.83 are not compatible. To compensate, I bought an adapter from Ebay that adapts ACME 0.75" Female Course thread to 0.87" Male course thread. Even that would not fit. To force the adapter to fit, I heated threaded part of the brush and the adapter and pushed and screwed the adapter into the base of the brush. This works, but save your time and money and buy the Unger C-Brush Pipe Curved 11, elsewhere on Amazon.

Wish they would include option for the extension pole. It does not fit the one I currently own.
