I do a lot of diamond painting as well as nail art with rhinestones and this set is perfect for both. Normally, wax pencils don't work for me while working on the diamond painting because I'm pretty heavy handed and the wax is too soft. These are nice because the wax isn't as soft and it didn't schoosh down right away.Also, I didn't have a hard time sharpening one of the pencils like I have in the past.The set is great and it comes with multiple pencils, gem trays, a tweezers w/ shovel (? - not sure about that) and a sharpener. And all of it can be kept together in a locking tray. Definitely a set worth giving a try to.

I love that this kit comes in a nice plastic case with secure snap closures. It keeps everything in place and makes the kit convenient and well-organized. The items inside look just like the product photos. I was most excited about the tweezer with the scooper at one end. It works great but has some cosmetic flaws. The metal has quite a few scratches. I’m not sure if this is due to it being used before or if that's just the nature of the material used, but it doesn’t affect functionality.

I own a lot of small nail charms and rhinestones, and the plastic triangular plates were very helpful to organize them. It comes with 10 triangular plates. There were 8 pencils, and they needed to be sharpened with the blue sharpener. They're made out of wax so they were easy to sharpen, no resistance. No smell too. They are very helpful in picking up super tiny rhinestones. However, it doesn't stick on forever, so works best for transferring at a short distance. The tweezer feels floppy and doesn't close tightly so the grip isn't the best but I really like the shovel so it was a useful tool. Overall, this set is convenient and worth the price. It also includes a plastic storage box so I don't accidentally lose anything.

I ordered these wax sticks for gemstone placement for doing nails. There are multiple colors of wax sticks with paper covers and you have to sharpen them to your desired point before use.This comes with a basic pencil sharpener and a little metal shovel for getting gemstones out of a bag. It also comes with a couple plastic dishes for putting gemstones in. All of it comes in a nice plastic storage case.Overall I think this set is a good value and is stickier than reusable gemstone pickers that are made of plastic rather than wax.

This kit is great, mostly because it's so reasonably priced. The wax pens allow for rhinestones to stick pretty well to them, although I did have to adjust how hard I was pushing to prevent the wax from squishing down. The trays are fine and handy to have around. I think the true MVP is the tweezer/scooper tool. I'm obsessed with this and kind of don't know how I survived doing diamond art up to this point without it.

I ordered these to try in picking up gem stones when doing nails. I have never tried this type of wax pen before so I was a little caught off guard when I received them and they were not sharpened at all. This is not really a con. I guess I just expected them to at least be initially sharpened. They do come in a nice clear plastic storage case and they come with the sharpener to sharpen them. I sharpened one and it worked well to pick up the little rhinestones I use when doing my nails. I think it is worth the price to have on hand, and since I just really do my own nails these should last me a while.

The wax sticks work really well for picking up large rhinestones (but are a bit unwieldly for small ones- I'd use a diamond art tool instead). They are basically low pigment crayons; really, I am not sure why the wax is colored at all, but it thankfully doesn't spread.They come unsharpened, and with a sharpener to do it yourself.
