I bought these to use on paper organizers for the cabinets in my classroom. It is so easy to see exactly what kind of paper I need and as a teacher; I have a lot of different types of paper. For years I operiodically ordered shelf label holders. Then I was unable to reorder the same and ended up with a different brand. While the price had increased, the hold plate was shorter and the channel for the label looser so that the labels tended to slide out. I Once again, I was unable to reorder even this version. The third iteration is, hard to believe, even mored degraded. The hold now arrived unbent so that you have to make the bend yourself and they look all uneven. The labels, which used to be card stock, are now just common paper. Amazon no longer competently vets its suppliers. Bye bye Amazon.

Thes shelf labels are perfect for labeling items that you move around often. The long thick plastic extension fits nicely on the shelf under the product and the plastic sleeve for inserting a label hangs down for good visability. My shelves are now well organized and professional looking. I love them so well that I had to order several more sets!

This is a nifty label system for your bookshelf. I have many different topics on my shelves so I liked the idea of adding labels to each set of books.The plastic label holders are long enough to slip under the bottom of a group of books and the end holds the paper label and can be bent to be perpendicular to the flat segment so the label lies flat against the front edge of the bookshelf and is clearly visible.The paper slips are very thin. I wish they had provided a thicker/sturdier paper for the actual labels. You could always cut your own labels in cardstock paper for a stronger label.Overall, I really like these plastic bookshelf labels for getting my books looking more organized. They are easy to use and look nice on the bookshelf.
