Got this for a mobile travel solution. I have been browsing around a bit for a simple multiscreen laptop solution and I recently purchased this 14" Laptop Screen Extender. It’s been a great addition to my multi screen laptop setup. The screen is bright and the clear display with good color schemes and wide viewing angles make it ideal for multitasking, like working on documents and spreadsheets. This is an alternate setup to my at home two monitors. I use it to check my stock portfolio in one screen a lot and fits perfectly. It connected easily to my Lenovo laptop without any software installation, just plug and play using the USB cable. It fits perfectly on my 15.6" laptop and The screen is lightweight and portable, which makes it perfect for remote work and travel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a multi screen on the go.

THIS is exactly what I needed. I am building up a portable presentation system for onsite training to be used for multiple state agencies in 6 locations. The extender adds 2 monitors for a total of 3 monitors without having to fly full size monitors across the country. It mounts easily and securely with push button click stops. All of the necessary cables come with it and power consumption is low. As for the image, the colors are vibrant, and the images are bright! The sound quality is good, and the volume is adequate. It is light in weight and folds up niceIy. It's a true value for the money. I give this product a 98% and only wished the cables were about 6" to 8" inches longer.

I've been a CG artist and photographer for over 30 years. I've used desktop pcs with dual monitors for years. I've also had an external portable monitor for my laptop. Thing is, it's not that convenient to set up because it requires extra table space and balancing it so it doesn't tip over. Also, I do the VanLife thing and table space is an issue. This dual setup automatically fixes those issues. The monitors attach and adjust easily to my laptop. It doesn't have dual USB type c connectors, but the included cables allow for hdmi output from the laptop (plus a type a cable for power). Everything works together seamlessly. And they're easy to set up.I can setup my laptop from scratch in about 75 seconds. That's taking it out of my laptop bag, setting up my stand, mounting the monitors, and plugging everything in. It's beautiful. The screens are only FHD. My laptop is higher res, but it's not an issue for my needs. I drag all my extra windows (browser, toolbars, explorer...) and things to the outer screens and do my primary work on the main one in the middle. The screens are bright enough that brightness isn't not an issue with what I do.All in all, it's a fantastic and convenient investment.I do have 2 suggestions for the manufacturer:1. It would be nice to be able to rotate each monitor by 90 degrees and clip them in that way so the whole setup isn't so wide (plus, I prefer portrait mode for dual monitors).2. It would be nice if all the cables conveniently clipped to the back of the monitor mount and were focused in a single area. Having cables juts out from the sides just looks messy.Neither of these things is a real issue though. Just "would be nice".These are great. Definitely recommend. Wish I'd gotten them sooner.

This unit impressed me. I don't recognize the brand name, but they obviously have been doing this kind of work and have worked out kinks. I have a macbook pro M1 16", and this unit came out of the box, hooked to my laptop using the usb-c to usb-c cables, and immediately displayed my desktop. I did not need to hook my laptop to a power source either.I did have to change resolutions on the screen (they defaulted to 540p, but support 1080p), and I did have to adjust the arrangement of the screens to be in the right arrangement. The screens are too heavy to be held by the laptop screen alone, you need to use a desk surface to put up the adjustable kickstand. The box it came in was well designed and reminded me of an apple laptop package... And it included other USB/HDMI cables to presumably support other use cases or applications with different kinds of computers.Overall impressed. I probably wouldn't buy this if I didn't have a multi-monitor use case while traveling as if it was just at home it's cheaper to find a larger screen for home office use.Color seemed decent. I do photography, so I won't be using these screens for editing (I'll do that on my native laptop screen), but it certainly doesn't feel out of place. The screens seem more of a matte finish than the gloss of my macbook pro. As for a screen size, I might have opted for a larger physical display, but since it's 1080p it'll be fine. I wish there was a higher resolution available as I'm a fan of having all the real estate. It's not a "light" unit - I would estimate that it's 8" tall, 12: wide, and 2" thick when folded, so it requires some thoughtfulness about how I normally pack my laptop bag. But it's built in a way that I think it would travel as well as a laptop does.
