I was having issues that I thought were related to my compressor, but actually, it was this controller. My blower would not kick off but the compressor would run. The control board solved the issue BUT this is not plug-and-play. Yes, they included instructions for the installation and necessary adaptors, but I'm an electronics tech and found it to be straight forward. If you are not handy with wiring, you might want to leave this to a professional. The photo on the left is the original, and the one on the right is the new one.

Instructions were spot on. Customer support was there should I have needed them. Are A/C companies refuse to help out want to charge outrageous prices and will not sell parts.

This board may be a direct replacement, but it is not identical to the original. It requires some jumper wiring and some knowledge to replace.

Great product it is not identical to OEM part but with a little electronics knowledge you can install this board yourself. Description is misleading as it says it's just like the original
