I absolutely love this small easel! It has become my go-to set up for my desk top painting because it takes up so little of my limited space. It’s beautifully made and holds every size canvas that I use regularly. Don’t hesitate to purchase this one.

This is a very well made, easily adjustable, tabletop-use easel. It is easy to use. It folds down into a very stable and portable configuration. It is obviously made for use in canvas painting, but can easily be shimmed for use with drawing or watercolor boards. It is very stable for its size, making it extremely functional. For less than $25, this is an excellent value! I highly recommend!

This small easel is light weight, but still well made and can be flexible for those painting small and/or working in space constrained environments. It can also be used as a display stand, or even as a vertical palette holder (my choice) when sitting to paint. Vertical palettes are used by many artists and can put your mixing surface into the same light as your canvas/panel painting surface, potentially making it easier to judge mixtures compared to using a traditional horizontal position.The product dimensions listed are mostly correct, but the real height range is limited to a maximum panel size of 14” high (or smaller) if you want your painting secured at the top of the mast. The description says 16” high, but that’s for an unsecured panel, which might be OK for display, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re actually painting. The mast is also a fixed size so the height of the mast will increase as you move the lower painting support up. All adjustments and moving pieces are positioned using standard small wingnuts to secure them.Overall, I’m happy with this easel. It’s small, but good quality, easy to use, and as long as you don’t try to paint too large it should work well for you.

Beautiful easel has non-slick surface - not rough, just like slightly sanded wood - that should help keep your items from sliding when not tightly secured. It's very adjustable as far as the angle of the easel, the height of the upward-reaching securing back support piece, and the horizontal "shelf" that the base of your painting will set on. My favorite parts of this easel are 1) the bolts that the wingnuts twist on and off of are long enough that the wingnuts don't easily come off of the ends of the bolts are you're twisting them to loose and 2) folds conveniently into a very shallow amount of space.

I wanted this item for painting a 12x12 painting.(paint by number pic of my dog). It works well, I called sit at table and be comfortable while painting. It is sturdy and made well! You can adjust the height. It comes fully assembled and fold down for easy storage. I think it is a great value for the money!

This is a nice little easel for trick dogs to use for painting. We'll use this at the park with my dogs this spring. In the past, I've had to prop a canvas up or tape it to something. I've also hauled around their big, bulky, plastic kids easels. This compact size tabletop easel will be great. I can use it for big or small dogs by simply choosing the height of the surface. It assembles easily and holds a canvas well, it stayed in place while he painted. Acrylic paints removed easily when he was finished painting. Love it!
